Classrooms confirms to the highest standard in comfort, equipments and infrastructure.  Wheeled projectors, LCD projectors & Public address systems are the part of any of the GICTS classrooms.  User friendly, easily maintainable, well networked, well lighted & well ventilated smart classrooms come handy in supporting undisturbed comfortable and non-stop quality learning of 8 hours.
	Classrooms and corridors are equipped with the close circuit cameras to keep a watch on the classroom as well as the college activities of the students.  Regular maintenance of college facilities helps in the quality functioning of the institution.  All this is to provide a refined classroom atmosphere in order to make the process of learning more effective.

The library houses wide collection of books on different subjects, CDs, hundreds of Newspapers through network access, journals, Magazines & other materials supporting research.   In order to meet the reading appetite of knowledge seekers.  The aspects of covering the available subjects has always been the matter of prime importance while providing the choice of collection of books.

Librarians are always available to assist students in the use of library resources.  GICTS being a Group of Institution, the separate arrangements are made to provide separate libraries for each one its educational wing such as Engineering, I.T., Computer Sc., Life Science & Management.  The well networked computer facilities in the library are loaded with various Software which provides access to different encyclopedia to deal with any subject related to the subject.

The Prime importance is given to maintain the discipline, an asset of GICTS of providing a healthy learning atmosphere. Students are provided with regular counseling to avoid involvement in any of in-disciplined activity. The college stand in this regard is made clear to the students at the outset of the course itself. The policy of providing disciplined atmosphere helps in maintaing a healthy and crime free environment which helps in obtaining the peak of academic productivity.

The raggging is treated as a crime, because it is a crime. Students are exposed to the seminars, workshops and alumni club's activity in order to involve them in the positive activities of self development.

Hostel facilities are provided for Boys & Girls separately. The hostels consist of large air-cooled and ventilated rooms with the facility of fridge and telephones etc. They are located in the heart of the Gwalior city and are well furnished with dedicated beds, study tables, chairs computer system & fan. Clean water & the hygienic food of various choices are the part of the basic amenities of our hostel.

Students lead a disciplined, controlled and a life of high academic productivity under the guidance of expert teachers & conselors. Based on the performance of the students the requirements of teh help is identified in order to enhance the quality of the subject command. Subject experts guide these students with the successful grasping of the syllabus of the chosen course. Students are provided with the room partners of teh same stream so as to gain from the group learning. The overall aim of the GICTS if to take its students to a successful strides of the career.

The college canteen serves a vast variety of hygienic food at reasonable price in the well maintained cafeteria. The menu contains fast food as well as meals from different parts of country. The favorite dishes of South and North cater to the taste of students and faculty members.

GICTS is knownfor its life line, the fleet of 25 buses that caters to the need of smooth comfortable to & from transportation of students from all parts of the city (though the college location is within the city.) This facility is for all the students of GICTS. We have made arrangements of buses to the satellite twon pockets of the city like Tekanpur, Maharajpura etc. at no additional cost.
	The policy of providing free & confortable transportation facility has helped us in maintaining the high strength of students throughout the year. Worth mentioning here is our association with Indian Railways for providing consession rail fair for attending interviews, study tours and while going on vacations to their home town.

Alumni Club keeps alive the network between institution and the passed-out students, it also keeps the alumni community connected among themselves. It is the mission of alumni club to keep alive the feedings of oneness among the alumni and the institution. The GICTS is an integral part of life for each one of the alumni club member.
	Students come to us from different places in search of the betterment of their career. As a family member of GICTS they always are ready to extend their cooperation as and when needed for their junior students. Alumni club fulfills its objectives of strenghening the ties among alumnus and the institution. Regular opportunities are provided to alumnus to interact among themselves.

In IT industry practical knowledge is of prime importance, be it hardware, web, software networking, multimedia or any other IT application GICTS very well understands the industry requirements and prepare students to fit into the professional environment of IT industry.

For the same cause GICTs has very big lab setup, equipped with all the latest computers, printers, scanners, digital cameras, laptops, LCD projectors and various other devices. It also owns a number of licensed software. Whole of the campus is well networked having both the Windows 2000 server and Redhat Linux server.

The institution has a well established psychology laboratory specifically designed to evaluate the ability and aptitude of students. The laboratory includes the tests for interests, ability, concentration, intelligence etc. Personality/grooming of students is the main objective of this laboratory. Expert psychologists always accompany the students to enhance their abilities to the fullest.

Many standardized tests are carried out in order to evaluate vocational interest, I.Q. Level, personality dimensions etc. Of the students. We also have well standardized apparatuses related to practical aspects of psychology. Maze learning is one such apparatus which enables the students practice affects learning as based on self learning method. The simplest and oldest type of mirror drawing apparatus often called mirror tracing board is also available.

This test also enables the learning principles to the students. Some other tests are related to intelligence like Bhatia's battery of performance tests of intelligence, standard binet test of intelligence, verbal intelligence tests, Non-verbal group intelligence test etc. In short, the institute takes utmost pains to provide a modern and advanced psychology laboratory so that the budding teachers may develop their teaching skills.
