All the programmes shall follow a common admission procedure (except the MCA, MBA, B.E. & B.Ed. for which students come through pre-test organized by Professional Examination Board).

Admission forms can be submitted online or downloaded in order to submit in the form hard copy. In both the cases the forms should be accompanied with the payment of Rs. 300/- (Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft) as the processing fee. Duely filled up application form is to be submitted on or before the furnished last date.

The application form shall carry

-   Three colored passport-size photographs.

-   Attested copy of mark-sheets of Xth, XIIth/Graduation (three each).

-  Original copy of the Transfer Certificate
    (not applicable for diploma courses)

-   Migration is to be submitted within the 45 days from the time of
    admission (if applicable).

Students staying out of Gwalior can get the prospectus cum admission form by sending the Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- payable at Gwalior payable to GICT College of Profesional Education at the address given below:

General   Rules ...

i) The students shall abide by the college rules and regulations that are in force time to time.

ii) Ragging is strictly prohibited and its treated as a crime (GICTS holds an honour of providing ragging free environment since its establishment).

iii) Members of staff and management of the college should be respected.

iv) Every student is expected to report to the college only in the college uniform.

v) Any threat to any staff member, college authorities or fellow students shall be dealt with local legal authorities.

vi) Powers relating to discipline and disciplinary action are vested with the chairman and College Governing Body.

vii) The Chairman, CGB may delegate all or some powers as he/she feels proper to the Director / Principal and to such other persons as he/she may specify in this behalf.

viii) All disputes are subject to Gwalior Jurisdiction only.
